Worked example

12 months with a dental clinic.

Eight-person dental clinic in south London. Two partners. Six-figure missed-recall revenue. The practice manager was spending ten hours a week chasing re-bookings and another four writing the same response to insurance queries.

The audit flagged recall as the fastest payback. Sprint started February 3rd. Agent went live February 17th — wired to Dentally, their calendar, and the main inbox. Trained on the clinic’s own recall scripts and tone.
