Stackn8n, Make, Webhooks

Orchestration layer connecting AI agents to business tools — event-driven triggers that fire the right AI at the right moment.

Built on n8n (self-hosted) and Make for different complexity levels. Workflows are triggered by events: new form submission, new review, calendar booking, Slack message, or webhook from any SaaS tool. Each trigger fires a specific AI agent — the review responder, lead qualifier, content generator, or custom logic. Results flow back into the business tools: CRM updated, email sent, Slack notified, spreadsheet appended.

n8nMakeWebhooks

Live across multiple BRVO client projects. Currently running 23 active workflows across 4 clients. Average execution time per workflow: 4.2 seconds. Reliability: 99.4% success rate over the last 30 days (failures are mostly API timeouts from third-party services). The most complex workflow has 14 steps including 3 AI calls, 2 database writes, and 4 notifications.

Workflow automation is the glue that makes BRVO's AI integrations useful in practice. A chatbot is only valuable if the lead it captures flows into a CRM. A review responder only works if it monitors for new reviews. Every BRVO sprint includes at least one workflow connecting the AI to the client's existing tools.

E-commerce operations

New order → AI checks inventory → if low, drafts reorder email to supplier → updates spreadsheet → notifies warehouse via Slack. Fully automated, runs 24/7.

Recruitment pipeline

New application → AI screens CV against job requirements → scores fit → updates ATS → if score > 80, sends interview invite → notifies hiring manager.

Customer support escalation

Support ticket created → AI classifies urgency and category → routes to correct team → if critical, pages on-call engineer via PagerDuty → creates incident in tracking system.
